Thank you for your purchase of my products! I strive to ensure that my customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy as follows:

• Refunds will be processed within 15 days from the time you receive your package. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused and unopened. If the item(s) are not in their original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
• To request a refund, please email us at meghan@covencreations312.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us.
• Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process the refund within 15 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at covencreationschicago@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will provide you with a return shipping label and issue a replacement or refund upon receipt of the damaged or defective item.
